The 135-acre farm has been in the family for eight generations. By homesteading in 1831, David & Elizabeth Firestone established our farm. The mid-1800s saw the construction of the bank barn. We have lived on the farm for the past 30 years with Ted, the grandson of Chester & Ester Firestone.

We have raised four children collectively; two of them are married, and we have two grandchildren. Although we no longer milk cows, you will undoubtedly witness cows and calves grazing on grass in the pastures. About 20 acres of the property and neighboring farms in Wayne County are cropped by Ted and our two eldest kids.
